The Marketing Specialist - Corporate is responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing initiatives that support Vodafone PNG's Corporate and Business Markets strategy. The role plays a critical part in driving brand awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth across enterprise, government, SME, and ICT customer segments.
The position requires a commercially driven marketing professional capable of translating business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and sales enablement activities. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with Corporate Sales, Product, ICT, Customer Experience, Digital, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure all marketing activities align with Vodafone PNG's corporate objectives, brand standards, governance requirements, and commercial priorities.
● Develop and implement annual corporate marketing plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
● Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, events, radio, partnerships) and targeted lead-generation programs for enterprise and SME customers.
● Act as custodian of brand governance — ensuring all materials and campaigns comply with Vodafone brand and corporate identity standards.
● Develop marketing and sales collateral — brochures, solution sheets, proposals, case studies, presentations, and thought-leadership content — to support Corporate Sales, tenders, and customer engagements.
● Design customer engagement, communication, and advocacy programs (product launches, service updates, testimonials, case studies).
● Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships, and partnerships, including logistics and post-event reporting.
● Support Vodafone PNG's digital and social media presence — content publishing, engagement monitoring, and lead-generation optimisation.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
● Manage marketing budgets, procurement, and vendor/agency relationships to ensure quality delivery within scope and cost.
● Maintain marketing asset and merchandise inventory, including periodic audits and accurate registers.
● Track and report on marketing KPIs — campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, and ROI — with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to management.
● Ensure all marketing activity complies with company policy, regulatory, procurement, and data-privacy requirements, maintaining proper documentation and audit support.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
● Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, Project Management, or Marketing Analytics is an advantage.
● 3–5 years' experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or campaign management.
● Experience in telecommunications, ICT, B2B, enterprise, or corporate sales environments is highly desirable.
● Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns, product launches, content development, events, and vendors.
● Strong B2B/corporate marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, brand management, and analytics knowledge.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and digital/content marketing tools preferred; Canva/Adobe familiarity a plus.
● Strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
● Analytical, creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
