The Graduate Engineer Cloud Services will design, implement, operate, and support enterprise cloud and ICT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of business-critical systems. The role is hands-on and focuses on configuring cloud platforms, supporting hybrid environments, and troubleshooting complex technical issues while contributing to cloud transformation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Assist in the deployment, support, and maintenance of cloud and managed ICT services.
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration, user provisioning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity testing activities.
  • Monitor and support cloud, network, and security platforms to ensure service availability.
  • Participate in customer project implementations, migrations, and service deployments.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service requests under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and support records.
  • Participate in training, certification programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering,
  • or a related ICT discipline.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN technologies, and Wi-Fi fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business and customer requirements.
  • Relevant entry-level certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CCST, or CompTIA certifications would be advantageous.
