Provide administrative and clerical support to the Transmission and Technical Departments

Maintain accurate personnel records (staff details, training, leave, appraisals, etc.)

Manage electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring proper document indexing

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and emails

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team activities

Handle incoming enquiries and provide timely responses or escalate as required

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for team members

Maintain office supplies and conduct stock audits and reconciliations

Manage petty cash and ensure proper tracking and availability of funds

Process and track invoices for timely payments

Liaise with O&M contractors and support related administrative processes

Assist in processing contractor invoices for site works and maintenance activities

Support additional administrative duties within the Transmission and Technical Departments as required

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
