We are currently seeking qualified Drivers with clean and sober habits to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a strong track record of safe driving, and a firm commitment to maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free work environment - a requirement that is essential to ensuring the safety of our team and the public.
Transporting the vehicle(s) to various locations as per the event schedule
Ensure punctual arrival and departure at all destinations
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Report and coordinate any required maintenance or repairs
Assist with loading, unloading, and setting up promotional materials or equipment
Plan efficient travel routes considering traffic, road conditions, and time constraints
Adhere strictly to PNG road safety regulations and company driving policies
Work closely with the Roadshow team to align on schedules, stops, and logistics
Communicate any delays or issues promptly
Represent the company professionally when interacting with the public or clients
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and travel logs
Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately
Ensure the vehicle and its contents are secure at all times, especially during stops.
Be available for early departures, late returns, and overnight travel as needed.
Must hold a clean and current license appropriate for the vehicle type
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in long-distance or event-based driving
Completion of a defensive driving course is highly desirable
Familiarity with the road network, traffic laws, and travel conditions in the target areas
Basic understanding of vehicle checks and maintenance
Capable of handling long hours on the road and assisting with loading/unloading equipment if required
