We are seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Audit Analyst to join our dynamic Audit team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the full audit cycle and build a challenging and rewarding career.
The successful candidate will assist senior staff in performing financial and operational audits, enabling the department to deliver on the internal audit plan and provide independent assurance on the management of risks within the organization.
The Audit and Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing internal audit functions, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in business operations and information systems.
- Oversight review of the risks management process across all the business at activity and entity level.
- Support finance function through policy implementation and enforcement.
- Monitor emerging risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to embed risk management practices into business processes.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal audits across departments.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Nation-wide inventory management controls and effectiveness of monitoring process.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely remediation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Monitor internal policy adherence and maintain documentation.
- Support compliance training initiatives and awareness campaigns.
