Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as a Human Resource Support Officer. This role will provide valuable support to our HR team and assist in various HR functions, including staff engagement, health & wellbeing, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The Human Resources Support Officer will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.

1.    Provide guidance, solutions and training to employees and managers.
2.    Assist in the development of department goals, objectives and systems.
3.    Support a high-performance culture that increases employee engagement.
4.    Assist develop and implement staff health and wellbeing initiatives.
5.    Support the HR team with special projects as needed.
6.    Provide primary support on employee relations and compliance issues.
7.    Administration and advisory on all staff benefits.
8.    Administer end to end recruitment process.
9.    Support HR dashboard development and analysis
10.    Participate in continuous improvement and development of HR functions, policy & processes.
11.    Collaborate with the HRBP and broader HR team to deliver consistent and effective operational support across all HR functions.

Desired Skills and Experience

1.    Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.    Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
3.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
5.    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
6.    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
