Vodafone PNG is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Accounts Manager to join our team. This role is critical in creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The position involves serving as the lead point of contact for all account management matters, owning and growing a portfolio of business customers across Cloud, Security, Connectivity, Collaboration and Managed Services, building strong relationships with decision-makers, driving new sales, expansions, and renewals, and coordinating delivery governance to ensure customers receive what was promised.
