Job Description
The Retail Sales Consultant at Vodafone Papua New Guinea plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience within our retail outlets. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology and committed to delivering excellent service to our customers.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Promoting and selling Vodafone products and services, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Assisting in store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
Collaborating with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and high performance.
Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Desired Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service roles
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is an advantage
