• Sets the customer experience benchmark in the store and leads by example to ensure a positive customer interaction
• Selling and Marketing Vodafone's voice and data products, services and solution to customers
• Complete documentation for new connections, change of plans, delivery of hardware, reconciling stocks and cash.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotion and services.
• Manage customer queries and provide efficient courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer service is delivered
• Merchandises the store to the highest standard, ensuring all displays are clearly priced, full of product, front and faced.
• Timely reporting, preparing banking and daily reconciliation and send report to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive strategies and ensure that team meets the specified targets
• Ensures all team members adhere to the company’s standards and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ degree or postgraduate qualifications in business, management or related field
• 3-4 years experience in dealership and retail operations.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage and lead a dynamic and highly skilled team responsible for a diverse range of products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff and budget management experience.
