The Graduate Analyst - Data Warehouse will support enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting by leveraging data warehouse systems and analytical tools. The role is responsible for providing insights into overall business performance across all functional areas, including sales, operations, customer experience, and finance, to support data-driven decision-making

Job Description

 

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain data integrity within the data warehouse and CRM systems to support accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to generate insights on overall business performance, including product performance, customer behaviour, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
  • Assist in tracking and analysing sales pipelines, revenue performance, and key operational metrics across the organisation.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, Network Operations) to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of key findings for management and stakeholders, including recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and validation processes using SQL and other database tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and company policies in handling business data.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience (or internship experience) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Good report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and experience with data extraction and database management (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Tableau or similar tools) will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
