Job Description

The Marketing Support Officer will provide day-to-day assistance to the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities. This role ensures smooth operations within the marketing department, supports campaign delivery, and helps maintain strong brand visibility across various customer touchpoints.

•    Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns for mobile, internet, and value-added services, to drive customer growth and retention.
•    Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team (scheduling, reporting, documentation, budget tracking, invoice and purchase order tracking).
•    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns.
•    Preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and content for both internal and external use.
•    Assist in managing social media and digital marketing activities (Posting, Monitoring, and Reporting).
•    Help organize and execute events, sponsorships, roadshows, and promotional activities.
•    Maintain accurate records of campaigns, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
•    Liaise with vendors, creative agencies, and suppliers to support marketing initiatives.
•    Ensure Vodafone brand guidelines are applied consistently across all communication channels.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Diploma in marketing, business, communications, or related field is desirable but not essential
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support (telco industry experience would be an advantage)
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics is desirable
  • A valid driver's license
