Vodafone PNG is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Accounts Manager to join our team. This role is critical in creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The position involves serving as the lead point of contact for all account management matters, owning and growing a portfolio of business customers across Cloud, Security, Connectivity, Collaboration and Managed Services, building strong relationships with decision-makers, driving new sales, expansions, and renewals, and coordinating delivery governance to ensure customers receive what was promised.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
• Own and grow a portfolio of business customers across Cloud, Security, Connectivity, Collaboration and Managed Services.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and become a trusted advisor.
• Drive new sales, expansions, and renewals—delivering against MRC/OTC targets, margin, and retention.
• Run customer discovery and propose solutions with support from presales/technical teams.
• Lead proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract closures with disciplined pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce).
• Coordinate delivery governance and escalations to ensure customers receive what was promised—on time and right-first-time.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities and develop business from existing clients.
