Job Description
Assist in developing designs, drawings, and specifications for civil engineering projects like tower foundations and site preparations.
Coordinate daily field activities, monitor work progress, and generate reports on status and potential issues.
Perform routine site inspections to identify delays or problems and ensure compliance with construction standards.
Prepare material and labor quotations, control expenses within budgets, and maintain records of contractors and fieldwork.
Support field work planning, renovations, and safety education for staff.
Participate in site surveys, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualification - bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field, such as Architecture or Quantity Surveying
Work experience in similar fields/sector will be of added value.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and other drawing tools
Must have a good GPA
Be a self-starter with career aspiration in the field of civil Engineering projects
Any certification in the related field would be an added advantage
Be a team player with ability to work under strict deadlines and minimal supervision
Be a connoisseur in the field Telecommunications and related field
Must be sharp and tactfully good at problem analytics and solution design.
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments with a focus on innovation and teamwork.
Strong theoretical knowledge in civil engineering, including design and site management skills
Practical competencies like fieldwork coordination, problem-solving, and familiarity with local construction standards and must possess a can-do attitude towards problem solving
