Job Description

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Vodafone PNG is seeking a dynamic and
results-driven ICT Sales Executives to join our team. This role is critical in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers,
managing a portfolio of key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record
in ICT sales, account management, or business development, we want to hear from you! 

Desired Skills and Experience

•    Actively seek new sales opportunities and develop business from existing and new clients in Corporate,
Government and SME sectors. 
•    Promote and sell ICT products and services including connectivity and mobility solutions, dedicated internet, private branch network, cloud-based solutions, cloud telephony, hardware, software and subscription-based services. 
•    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters. 
•    Ability to understand customer concerns/requirements and present solutions, persuade, negotiate and close deals. 
•    Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver suitable solutions to meet customer expectations.  
•    Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, respond to quotations, proposals, and tenders.  
•    Managing sales pipeline, preparing sales reports, project management and any other duties assigned by the Sale Manager.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Key Competencies)
•    A degree in Computing Science, Business Studies, Management, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
•    Proven experience in ICT Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a related field.
•    Proven track record for ICT sales and account management.
•    Strong ICT product knowledge.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
•    Effective presentation and public relations skills.
•    Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic direction, and create compelling business cases.
•    Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
