We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Manager – ICT & Cloud Services to lead our enterprise ICT operations and cloud platforms while providing hands-on expertise in implementation and configuration. This role is ideal for a technology leader who not only drives ICT strategy and service delivery but is also capable of rolling up their sleeves in configuring systems, deploying solutions, and troubleshooting complex issues. You will oversee ICT infrastructure, enterprise cloud services, and hybrid environments, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability for critical business systems.

Job Description

  • Lead the ICT & Cloud Services team, ensuring operational excellence and service reliability.
  • Develop ICT and cloud road maps aligned with business goals.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and technology investments effectively.
  • Drive innovation, automation, and adoption of modern cloud technologies.
  • Mentor and develop ICT/cloud engineers.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver secure and reliable services.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Configure, implement, and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
  • Deploy and manage cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Oversee hybrid integrations, identity & access management, and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
  • Implement virtualization and containerization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes).
  • Lead disaster recovery, high availability, and backup solution implementations.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues that require engineering expertise.
  • Oversee monitoring, incident management, and ITSM processes.
  • Ensure SLAs, security compliance, and governance frameworks are met.
  • Support digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
  • Champion DevOps/automation practices for efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure cloud security, network security, and compliance with regulatory standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.).
  • Manage firewalls, SIEM platforms, identity federation (SSO/MFA), and endpoint security.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability management.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ICT/cloud engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong hands-on technical expertise in:
    • Cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
    • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
    • Windows & Linux systems administration.
    • Identity & Access Management (Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, MFA).
  • Proven experience in cloud migrations and hybrid architectures.
  • Knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Relevant certifications highly desirable (Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA, VMware, CISSP, ITIL).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
