The Territory Executive is responsible for managing and driving sales to ensure availability of products (Recharge, Handsets, etc), merchandising to create brand awareness, customer engagement, and operational excellence within the assigned territory. This role entails implementing strategies to maximize and grow distribution touch points, market share, brand awareness, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives by collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities
•    Overseeing the delivery and distribution of Vodafone products with focus on KPI delivery
•    Maintaining an excellent relationship with recharge retailers, dealers and distributors
•    Visit all retail agents regularly using agreed route plans/itineraries
•    Provide required merchandise and marketing collateral support for retail and dealer outlets
•    Ensure products are available in the right quantities and is delivered on a timely basis
•    Assist in customer complaints handling and resolution for recharge and dealer agents
•    Meeting sales and recharge target with consistent audit of outlets on recharge supply
•    Stock management and Reporting - daily and weekly reports on trade performance, training, etc
•    Other duties shall be assigned to you by your immediate line manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 
•    Degree in the discipline of Marketing, Business Studies, Management or Information Technology with a good GPA
•    General understanding of sales, marketing and distribution of technological product and services.
•    Have very good command of written and spoken English.
•    Be able to demonstrate an ability to be innovative and analytical for continuous improvement.
•    Be business and technology savvy.
•    Be a self-starter, team player and be able to work with minimum supervision.
•    Minimum of 3-years sales experience
•    Driving license with clean driving record.
•    Recent Police Clearance
