The Roadshow Team Leader will oversee and manage the execution of roadshow events, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's marketing and sales objectives are met. This role involves leading a team of frontline/roadshow staff to deliver daily sales and connections. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, training the sales team, supporting and motivating the team, as well as achieving key performance targets.

Job Description

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Lead, manage, and motivate the roadshow sales team to achieve daily targets and deliver exceptional customer service through proper plan of daily calls out activities for team
•    Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication, provide guidance on event objectives and expectations. 
•    Set teams sales targets & monitor teams' sales performance and targets.
•    Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of event goals and objectives.
•    Coach, train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer interaction techniques.
•    Ensure the team engages with customers effectively, providing relevant information and promoting company products/services.
•    Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
•    Maintain accurate records of roadshow activities, including attendance, customer interactions, and sales metrics.
•    Set daily, weekly. monthly and event-specific targets for the team and track to ensure delivery
•    Stock management and reporting - daily and weekly reports on trade performance, training, etc
•    Issuing of IT tools (Tablets) for roadshow sales assistants/team to work with and collect back tools at the end of work each day. 
•    Any other responsibilities assigned to by the regional manager 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field.
•    General understanding of sales, marketing and distribution of technological product and services.
•    Have very good command of written and spoken English.
•    Be able to demonstrate an ability to be innovative and analytical for continuous improvement. 
•    Be business and technology savvy. 
•    Be a self-starter, team player and be able to work with minimum supervision.
•    Minimum of 3-years sales experience
•    Driving license with clean driving record.
