This role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in IT, providing frontline support, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of enterprise systems and services. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise support while working closely with experienced engineers and business users.
Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams where required.
- Assist with user account management, permissions, and access requests in enterprise systems.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Document incidents, solutions, and processes to improve knowledge sharing.
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Enterprise environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure end users have positive support experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT support, systems administration, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or other enterprise tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
