Job Description

As a Graphic Artist, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand visuals that capture attention and drive customer engagement. Based in our HQ in Port Moresby, you’ll work closely with the Marketing, Products and Digital Teams to deliver campaigns that stand out in the competitive mobile network industry.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities
o    Design high-quality graphics for online and offline campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email marketing, retail displays, billboards, and brochures.
o    Create visual assets for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
o    Adapt and localize global brand assets for the local market while maintaining brand guidelines.
o    Collaborate with product managers and internal stakeholders, to ensure designs align with campaign goals.
o    Produce quick-turnaround creatives for time-sensitive promotions.
o    Work with the digital team to design UI elements, app banners, and web graphics.
o    Stay updated on design trends, competitor visuals, and emerging technologies to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Key Competencies)
o    Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
o    Proven experience as a graphic artist or designer, preferably in telco, tech, or retail industries.
o    Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
o    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
o    Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
o    Understanding of digital marketing formats (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) and print production processes.
o    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
o    Strong attention to detail and passion for brand consistency.
